Scalia's, Not so Grand, Gesture
In case you haven't already heard about this story...
OT: This sounds weasle like. I supported the war intellectually and abstractly. I wasn't involved as much as I'm now politically. As you can tell by the discussion on my blog, support for the war is abstract, not specific.

I understand your point about the "abstract support" of war. I would say that most people in Congress who support the war, abstractly support it.
